Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
I truly understand last-minute things happen (including illness). Because extension appointments reserve a large block of time:
48+ hours notice: no fee.
Less than 48 hours: may be charged up to 25% of the scheduled service.
No-shows: may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.
One-time courtesy: I’m happy to waive the fee once for long-time clients as a courtesy, but repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to rebook.
Custom Hair Orders, Coloring & Prep Work
Some extension appointments require custom work prior to your service date (ordering hair, custom coloring/toning, texturizing, bonding, or other prep).
If your hair requires custom coloring or prep, the hair must be paid in full before I begin any custom work.
Once hair has been custom colored, toned, bonded, cut, or otherwise altered for you, it becomes non-refundable, and payments made toward the hair are non-transferable.
This policy protects the time and product required to customize hair specifically for you.
Payment Timing for Custom Hair
Your appointment is not considered fully confirmed until payment for custom hair is received (when applicable).
If payment is not received by the required deadline, the appointment may be cancelled and the time released.
